Refund policy

• All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt. We have the right to decline return requests that are made after seven (7) business days of receipt.

• Buyers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.

• Buyers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.

• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

• Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, or gift cards.
