Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders will be shipped via First Class Package (delivery within 1-3 business Days) or Priority Mail Express (Overnight Delivery to and from urban areas; 2 days for rural areas).

Third Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To file a claim for a lost or stolen package with USPS  visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#:~:text=If%20your%20item%20arrives%20damaged%20or%20is%20missing,the%20time%20period%20for%20the%20service%20you%20used.

If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.
